Vinnie Murino - Owner

Formally with "Advanced Water Softening (family business) & Siemens USA," has over 40 years in the industry specializing in large Commercial projects at Siemens "Coor's City" and "Lockheed Martin" at Advanced Primo Sausage, MetLife Stadium. Vinnie desires to help people. He also loves dealing with Residential Systems. We partnered up with a prominent home developer and independent home builder contractors.

Vinnie's passion and dedication to water treatment drives his commitment to teaching and mentoring individuals, from his brothers to past and current installers. Vinnie's reputation through the years earned him in the industry as the answer man, and he is one of New Jersey's top in Water Treatment.

A Special Thanks to his dad Lou. "Who was once known as the legend" helped develop Vinnie in the early days.

Mary Grace Russi - Owner

She is the business manager and owner of A1WCS and is committed to giving back to women and the community.
